Both wheels have the same number and both have a key way slot and an Allen wrench lock screw. I was looking at another site and he was stating that there was an upper and lower wheel. I took these off the saw myself.

Sold as found still have saw dust on them. Weigh about 11 pounds each. You are buying on a pair of 14 x 1 wheels taken off a Powermatic model 143 vertical band saw.
