This is the motor that runs at 3450rpm. I chased the threads anyway. I took a look at the contacts on the centrifugal switch and cleaned them.

It makes me gag saying max developed, but at 8. I'm offering 10 plus 12 shipping. There is light rust on the motor bolts and rear bearing cover. When I first saw the motor I didn't expect it to clean up so nicely.

Looks like over tightening. I didn't detect more than light wear in the bearings even when I had the motor apart looking. Sears has the bad habit of using the method of calculating hp that makes it sound the biggest. I still don't know if it was the dust or the crud on the contacts that disabled the motor and the machine.
